Aug 31 b was born from a love of Italian tradition and a longing for green, sunlit spaces in the middle of the city. We wanted to create a Downtown trattoria where handmade pastas and wood-fired classics are served the way they always have been—slowly, carefully, with love—inside a room that feels alive with greenery and light. What started as a dream to bring a little piece of an Italian countryside kitchen into the neighborhood has grown into a home for anyone craving good food and good company.
